How Course Access Works
After successful purchase, our team will contact you using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.
We will create your personal student account on our online training platform and provide access to the purchased course(s).
If you are already one of our students, your newly purchased course will be added to your existing account. Course access is usually provided within 12 hours of purchase.
Your access to recorded training materials remains active for 12 months from the date of purchase. For students who continue their training with our school, access may be extended. If you do not receive access within this timeframe, please contact our team by email or WhatsApp, and we will assist you promptly.

Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and access is granted shortly after purchase, purchases are generally considered final.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you experience:
- a technical issue,
- an accidental duplicate charge,
- or believe there has been an issue with your order,
please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your case individually and do our best to provide a fair solution.
